Factory Sourcing

Our clients will experience the significant added value we provide through our services. We actively source for new fabric and other materials including new suppliers.
Once our initial assessment is conducted, we exchange information with our principals and make an informed decision in approving selected vendors.
Sample Development
We are able to support clients design team in creating and arranging all kind of materials and accessories, in order to produce a collection for sales purposes. We treat all our client collection strict confidential and will protect them against any third parties.
Every season we provide and create our own collection on which our clients can directly add their orders or even make alterations on the specific styles/development to match their requirements.
Total QA Management
We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We closely monitor orders from the moment of sampling to the time of shipment. We provide updated status on sampling, production and shipment to our buyers on a regular basis. The detailed physical inspection of the samples is selected at random and based on specifications of the buyers and cover criteria like design/style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packaging, etc.
PPC & FRI.
Production Plan is controlled strictly and status report is based on multi-state inspection and transmitted to the buyers. The production progress is analyzed in relation to delivery terms and suitable course of action is taken to ensure that goods are delivered on time. Consignments are ready for shipment only if they match up-to the standards required by our buyers.
Logistic Coordination
We handle all logistics, ensuring your garments are delivered to your doorstep on time and in perfect condition. We take care of all the necessary shipping arrangements and ensure all documentary procedures are made accordingly.
Shipping documents are checked by our Commercial team as per the buyer’s instruction and LC clauses before shipment to avoid any discrepancies.
Pricing & Admin. Support
We offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality. Our strong relationships with suppliers allow us to provide you with the best value for your investment.
We also send invitation letters to buyers and try to provide all reasonable assistance that a buyer may need in a foreign land to make their visit comfortable and useful.

MOQ 4000 pcs/style or 1000 pcs/color.
Knit 60-90 days , Woven 90-120 days and Sweater 120-130 days after confirmation.
For the repeat orders, we need 45 days.
Payment Terms
Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight, FOB.
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), 60% advance & 40% on copy documents.
Others Terms- As per negotiation.
